A Forest Picnic I

Posted by misshermes on Apr 29, 2010 in Outings, Photoshoots

Michi and I had a little picnic slash photoshoot at a park near my house last Sunday because Misao wanted to test out his new photography gear.

It was fun. ^__________^

We had to go super early to catch the morning sunlight though. *rubs eyes*

An excerpt from our msn convo~

…And you can see who the better artist is.

Which is obviously not me.

Then today in class Grace was asking me whether I had any ‘best friends’ in college so far and I realized that I missed having you here with me.

I miss talking to you about random stuff like my theory of unicorns and fairies and rubbish everyday after school. I miss the days we caught butterflies in the fields while skipping our co-curricular activities. I miss bullying you and ranting on and on about nothing in particular.

Why didn’t you go to Taylor’s?! It’s weird being in an alienated place without my best friend. *sniff*

PS: I miss our childhood days. ):

Songstress Of The Sea

Posted by misshermes on Apr 19, 2010 in cosplay

At first I didn’t really want to upload any pictures from this shoot because I think I look like crap but I feel bad for wasting the photographers’ efforts of trying to snap photos of a riddiculously unphotogenic person like me so… I did. Lol. =D

And yes I purposely chose all the photos where my face can’t be seen clearly. >D

The beach was incredibly hot and windy that day… It was incredibly hard trying to keep my eyes open. Q__Q

This is the last song….

Everyone…everyone has lost something precious. Everyone here has lost homes, dreams, and friends. Everybody… Now, Sin is finally dead. Now, Spira is ours again. Working together… Now we can make new homes for ourselves, and new dreams. Although I know the journey will be hard, we have lots of time. Together, we will rebuild Spira. The road is ahead of us, so let’s start out today. Just, one more thing… The people and the friends that we have lost, or the dreams that have faded… Never forget them.

…Yes I can! 8D

Along with her Liz Lisa skirt and Rich bag as well. <3

Photobucket
So so so so so much love!!! *O*
.
.
Quote from Cheesie:

“I too paiseh wanna ask for shipping fee. Didn’t know you all so siao one bid until so high.

-_-
I was expecting more like RM80 wtf.”
.
.
The bid started at RM60 for the can can hat and ended at RM180 which makes it triple the original price of the hat LOL. I also don’t know why it became so high okay! It was just a normal… plain… straw hat…

Oh well.

Crazy bidders are crazy. *whistles innocently*

Cheesie sold me her Liz Lisa skirt as well which is like so awesome! The pretty pretty frills and the shiny golden belt buckle thingys makes my eyes go pop like a goldfish.

Photobucket
My first piece from Liz Lisa! Major love.

I’ve been in love with that brand ever since I started reading Popteen. The power of mass media is so… influential.

Photobucket
Yes, I has no make up on and I didn’t photoshop this photo either because I suck at photoshop. (:

And yes, I is speaking in broken engrish because I is stoopid. *or more like I am bored*

I actually wanted to bid on the Kago bag as well but……… Oh well. I already spent too much these 2 weeks. If I spend more I will end up penniless!!!! Like a beggar on the roadside begging for morsels from fellow passerbys!!!! NOOOOOO!!!! D; *such a drama queen* Pfft.

How I wrecked my MacBook

Posted by misshermes on Apr 11, 2010 in Items & Purchases

Because I am the most awesomest person in the whole wide world.

Why?

Within 3 hours of getting my new MacBook… I already managed to scratch the entire cover and damage it.

How, you ask?

(Cause obviously I know you people want to be as awesome as me and destroy your laptops/netbooks/desktops/whatever right? Right?)

The answer is……

By using….

NAIL POLISH REMOVER.

Dun dun dun.

Why did I use nail polish remover on my laptop you ask?

The reason is… Because… I damn smart one. I thought using nail polish remover would make my laptop’s cover look shinier and cleaner like how my nails are after using it.

However, I got the cover scratched instead. To add salt to the wound, when I first saw the scratches I didn’t know what it was so I tried to apply MORE nail polish remover to remove it and it ended up with the entire cover being damaged.

Photobucket
You can see a bit of the scratches here if you look closely. Those white white patches there. The rest is not very obvious unless you see it in real life. :(

And…… When I checked the bottom part of the laptop today… It was covered with black marks and scratches as well because I kept dragging it back and forth instead of lifting it up.

Damn pro right?

FML

I’m such a destroyer!!!

But… the only saving grace I have is…. The gorgeous sticker I received from the girl who sold me my MMM skirt in the previous post.

It was so beautiful and so perfect for my MacBook that I had to stick it there. <3

Photobucket
Oh my god Alice & The Pirate’s sticker logo is on my laptop!!! *dies of happiness*

Photobucket
My laptop now looks so classy with the sticker there can? 8D

I don’t regret asking for a MacBook though. The design is so damn gorgeous. All white and pure. *O*
